WARRANTY

All of my kilts come with a lifetime warranty. Any repairs (i.e. not alterations) will be done free of charge (excluding shipping) for as long as you own the kilt.

While worsted wool tartan has long been considered the obvious choice for kilts, tweed is an equally acceptable alternative.

While certainly not as popular, the rustic qualities of tweed are just as evocative of Scotland as any tartan sett.

The "Tweedie" kilt is made from 5-6 yards of premium 16 oz. tweed cloth woven in the United Kingdom. It has fewer (7-9) but much deeper pleats than a typical knife-pleated kilt. This, combined with a generous hem, allows for a nice heavy drape of the pleating. The interior construction features full canvas reinforcement and stabilizers covered by a breathable lining.

All kilts ship with a garment bag, hanger, and shepherd-style traditional kilt pin.

All prices in Canadian funds.

All of my kilts come with a lifetime warranty. Any repairs (i.e. not alterations) will be done free of charge (excluding shipping) for as long as you own the kilt.

IMPORTANT: It is preferable to have someone else take these measurements rather than yourself.

1. Natural waist. This is NOT your trouser size! For most people, this is the indent at your side just above the navel. This measurement should be fairly snug.

2. Hips. Measure the widest part of your hips. This can be loosely done over clothing.

3. Length of the kilt. Measure from your natural waist to the top of your knee-cap. Keep your back straight and don't look down. Add 2 inches to this result.
