Knife-Pleated Kilt (Standard)

This style uses approximately 5 yards of fabric and is a great alternative to the heavier Knife-Pleated Deluxe kilt.

Knife-Pleated Standard Kilt

When machine stitched, this style is often referred to as a "casual" or "pub" kilt by other companies. This however, is a completely hand-sewn knife-pleated kilt which is as formal (or casual) as any other style. It also contains the same inner structure as our higher yardage versions.

The Knife-Pleated Standard Kilt is usually pleated to the stripe and contains, on average, 10-15 pleats.

Heavyweight (16 oz. Cloth) - $560.ºº CAD

Regimental (18 oz. Cloth) - $615.ºº CAD

All kilts ship with a garment bag, hanger, and fabric swatch/badge backer.

All prices in Canadian funds.

All kilts come with a lifetime warranty. Any repairs (i.e. not alterations) will be done free of charge (excluding shipping) for as long as you own the kilt.

Measuring Guide

1. Natural waist. This is NOT your trouser size! For most people, this is the indent at your side just above the navel. This measurement should be fairly snug.

2. Hips. Measure the widest part of your hips. This can be loosely done over clothing.

3. Length of the kilt. Measure from your natural waist to the top of your knee-cap. Keep your back straight and don't look down. Add two inches to this result.
